Your Agreement With the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ph889, the online gaming platform operated at ph889.cam ("the Platform", "ph889", "we", "our", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using any feature of ph889, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their contents, and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use ph889, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming and online gambling;
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You must not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds belonging to any third party;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of ph889, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register, whether imposed by ph889 or any other Philippine gaming operator;
• You must have a valid Philippine government-issued identification document available for KYC verification purposes.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ph889 at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ph889 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as needed.

ph889 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, valid)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office
• SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID or PRC ID

ph889 may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by ph889 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph889 account credentials. You must notify ph889 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph889 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on ph889 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). ph889 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported payment methods are subject to change at ph889's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph889 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph889 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank systems, or network interruptions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed only for fully KYC-verified accounts. ph889 targets a processing window of 15 minutes for verified accounts via GCash or Maya during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account;
• ph889 may impose withdrawal limits based on account verification tier and PAGCOR AML requirements;
• ph889 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds;
• Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable until conditions are satisfied.

ph889 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR reporting obligations. Transactions that trigger AMLA thresholds will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ph889 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are governed by specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

• Promotion Modification: ph889 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay, Wagering & Fair Play

All games available on ph889 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for compliance with fair play standards. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by ph889 or any player. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for individual game titles upon request.

ph889 live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming. Live game results are determined in real time and are not influenced by ph889. ph889 accepts no responsibility for game studio technical failures, although we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from such events.

In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session, ph889 reserves the right to void bets placed during the malfunction period. ph889 will attempt to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state where technically feasible.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph889 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with ph889 games, betting markets, or account systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or abuse of inside information in sports betting markets;
• Using ph889 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine AMLA or PAGCOR regulations;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with ph889's platform, servers, or security systems;
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
• Accessing ph889 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using associated funds for gambling activity.

ph889 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balances, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on ph889 — including but not limited to the ph889 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph889 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph889 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph889 content without express prior written authorization from ph889.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ph889 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. ph889's collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at ph889.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to ph889 processing your personal data for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph889, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access ph889;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Interruptions to platform access caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by you in connection with gaming activity on ph889, including any financial losses resulting from those decisions.

Gambling involves risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. Past game performance does not indicate or predict future results. You participate in all gaming activities on ph889 entirely at your own risk.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ph889 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason it deems necessary, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; regulatory compliance requirements; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification; and account inactivity.

You may close your ph889 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified, withdrawable balance net of applicable bonus conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct are not eligible for balance recovery, and ph889 may pursue additional legal remedies where warranted.

12 Responsible Gaming

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of ph889, that cannot be resolved through ph889's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph889 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph889 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately for regulatory compliance or security purposes.

Your continued use of ph889 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
